Q: Are there delivery charges for my order?
A: Delivery charges vary depending on the seller. You can find the specific delivery charge on each product page and view the total delivery charge at checkout.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Most orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays are dispatched on the same day,
subject to availability. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. This timeframe is an estimate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. If you suspect a delay after dispatch, please contact the courier directly.

Q: How can I track my parcel?
A: Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and the courier’s details. Use this information to check your order's status. Alternatively, log in to your account, go to Orders, and select the order to view tracking details. You might receive your order in multiple parcels if products are shipped from different locations or sellers. Notifications for each dispatch will include tracking numbers. If you haven't received these, check your junk/spam folder or contact us if no notification is found after 48 hours of purchase.

Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: If you didn’t choose the option to leave your parcel unattended, the courier should leave a calling card. Use the information on the card to contact the courier or your local post office to arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel. Note that restricted items or sharp objects cannot be left unattended.

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong delivery?
A: Please contact us via the Contact Us page, including your order number and evidence of the incorrect parcel (if unopened) or items. We will investigate and advise the next steps to resolve the issue. Check your junk/spam folder for our response if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Q: Are there special conditions for large and bulky items?
A: Items weighing over 25 kg or measuring more than 120 cm in any direction are classified as bulky. These items are excluded from change-of-mind returns, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
